Balloon Video Expandable

An engagement ad format, appears as popup in the bottom-right corner of the desktop screen. Video (iTVC) is auto-played with sound off and expanded to bigger size 500x300 pixels or even 800x500 pixels. Sound enabled when user clicks on sound icon. Shrink down to 260x30 after 15s or user clicks to minimize button.
